With a background in engineering from the University of Arkansas and hands-on experience in residential construction, Sarah offers a robust blend of analytical insight and design fluency. She has built, marketed, and sold spec homes while also owning and managing a portfolio of investment properties, including short-term vacation rentals. This experience allows her to guide clients with clarity, helping them evaluate opportunities not just as transactions, but as meaningful investments aligned with their lifestyle and financial goals.

She is a founding member and Vice President of the Go Miners Athletic Foundation, supporting local youth athletics, and remains deeply engaged in the community she now calls home.
